Keith McCabe

Keith McCabe is the founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant of AVAM Solutions. 

Keith has over 20 years experience of Procurement & Supply Chain leadership and delivery across both the Public and Private sectors. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and holds SC security clearance.​

He has worked in multiple industries covering both direct and indirect categories, has managed complex projects and category spend areas of up to £300m and has delivered quantifiable savings against budgeted targets in excess of £60m, with costs avoided many times in excess of this figure.

Keith has a particular interest in Digital Procurement and has embraced and introduced new and emerging technologies throughout his career in order to modernise procurement into a more efficient, innovative and disruptive discipline within organsiations.

In 2020 Keith was one of the founders of the Proctopus Global Procurement Community on Linkedin which now has over 1000 members from 30 countries and is a co-host of the fortnightly #ProcLive show on LinkedIn which provides unscripted, live and free procurement consultancy to the audience.

Keith is a proud husband and father and is currently facing an uphill battle to persuade his two sons to join him in supporting Bolton Wanderers.
